NDIS Plan Management pricing is set out in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, updated annually — for 1 July 2026–30 June 2027, this includes a standard establishment fee of up to $244.78 and a monthly management fee of up to $104.45 (100% NDIS-funded under "Improved Life Choices", with zero out-of-pocket cost to participants).
Yes. Plan Management is funded separately from your other NDIS supports, under the “Improved Life Choices” category. If your plan includes this funding, there is no out-of-pocket cost to use Distil Management as your Plan Manager — the fee is paid directly by the NDIA and does not reduce your core support budget. If you're not sure whether your current plan includes Plan Management funding, we can help you check, or raise it with your planner or Local Area Coordinator at your next plan review.
We process and pay approved provider invoices promptly (typically within 3 to 5 business days of receipt), ensuring your service providers are paid on time and your supports continue without interruption. Once an invoice is submitted to admin@distilmanagement.com.au, our system verifies budget availability, checks NDIS pricing compliance, and processes payment seamlessly.
Yes. One of the main advantages of having your plan managed by Distil Management is the freedom to choose both NDIS-registered providers and non-registered providers. This gives you much greater flexibility to select local support workers, therapists, and community services that best fit your personal goals, without being restricted only to registered agencies.
